Ella, you were more than a customer to me during the last 8 years, you were a friend and I am sad that we never got to have another natter at The Glasshouse. You kept us all amused and at times in our place! You rang me the day after we closed for lockdown and told me to stay strong and it’ll all be alright, and I was touched.
